Where can I find GLAMGLOW products in Indonesia?

GLAMGLOW is currently available in GLAMGLOW Studio in Plaza Indonesia 4th floor (see “FIND US” on the menu), all of Beauty Box Stores, and leading Department Stores.

Are all the GLAMGLOW products sold here genuine?

Yes, all of GLAMGLOW products are fully registered with BPOM (Ministry Of Health) for your protection, are imported directly from USA to Indonesiaand stored under air-conditioned warehousing to provide the best possible quality.

Can I use GLAMGLOW together with my other skincare regime?

Yes, GLAMGLOW is a complementary mask to your skincare regime and can be used in conjunction with for your daily and/or weekly treatments.

How often should I use GLAMGLOW YOUTHMUD?

We recommend to use GLAMGLOW YOUTHMUD once or twice a week for optimum results.

How often should I use GLAMGLOW SUPERMUD?

Super Mud can be used daily depending on the skin condition. If your skin is having a breakout, you may use SUPERMUD everyday for maximum of 2 weeks, after which you may use once or twice a week.

How often should I use BRIGHTMUD?

BRIGHTMUD can be used three times a week for optimum results.

How do you deliver my orders?

We currently use a registered delivery method from Kantor POS Indonesia.

Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD) service?

You have the possibility to pay through many methods, including BCA ATM transfer, but currently Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted as payment for purchases at Glamglow online.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

The delivery time depends on the address you provide with your order. After receiving your payment, we process your order and deliver it to the address you choseby POS Indonesia. Delivery time never exceeds one week, even for remote islands.

Do you deliver overseas?

We are an Indonesian company and only deliver in our domestic market.

How much does it cost to deliver my order?

The cost depends on the weight of the order and the delivered location. Amounts charged are only 25,000 Rp. for areas near Java, 35,000 Rp. for further areas or 75,000 Rp. if you live in Irian Jaya or other remote areas.
